2008 PACIFIC SOUTHWEST LEAGUE SEASON

The 2008 Pacific Southwest Baseball League looks to have and exciting and action packed season. With the 2007 NBC World Series Champion Lake Havasu Heat leading the way, the PSWBL also returns Prescott Blazers and the Casa Grande Cotton Kings who both had strong finishes in the 2007 NBC World Series tournament.

The Las Vegas Red Vipers and Mesa Garden of Gears return to the PSWBL as well, and the league welcomes the San Luis Banditios. The Banditios will be taking the place of the departing AZ Clash.

"It's exciting" says Steve Johnston of the Las Vegas Red Vipers; "With the finishes in the World Series by the Blazers and Cotton Kings, and of course Havasu winning it all. We have really put the league on the map." The PSWBL looks to repeat their performance in 2008.
